Our monthly membership promise
Current billing-period refund
If you request a refund before your current billing period ends, you will receive a full refund of the monthly membership charge for that current billing period. No reason or explanation is required. A full refund means the full amount you actually paid for that charge, including any tax collected by us for it.
What “current billing period” means
Your current billing period is the active monthly period covered by your most recent recurring membership charge. It is based on your subscription renewal date, not necessarily the first and last day of a calendar month.
Previous billing periods
We do not refund completed or previous monthly billing periods. Refunds are not retroactive and cannot be applied to membership charges from earlier billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email gday@iyahmay.com or use our contact page. Include the email address used for your membership so we can locate the correct charge. You do not need to give a reason.
Refund timing and account access
Once we receive a request that meets this policy, we will send the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear. When we refund the current billing period, paid membership access for that refunded period may end.
Cancellation is separate
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling does not automatically refund a charge; please make a refund request if you also want the current billing-period charge returned.
Consumer protections
This policy is in addition to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law. If applicable law gives you a greater refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right, that right will apply.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy for future charges. Any change will be posted here with a revised effective date and will not reduce a refund right that already applied to a completed charge.
